This gorgeous rosy-pink raspberry mousse is fresh, delicious, and incredibly versatile. It’s perfect as a filling for vanilla sponge cakes or served on its own in small bowls with fresh fruit and whipped cream.

For Valentine’s Day, I love using a heart-shaped silicone mold—it makes the mousse look extra special and so cute!

The raspberry mousse has a light, fresh taste and a dreamy melt-in-your-mouth texture.

It’s made with marshmallow fluff, fresh raspberries, lemon, Greek yogurt, and heavy cream.

You can make it with just heavy cream for a richer texture or substitute half with Greek yogurt for a slightly tangier, lighter flavor.

One of the best things about this mousse is that it can be made in advance—perfect for prepping ahead for a special occasion.

If serving it frozen, just let it sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before enjoying. Not only is it delicious, but the natural raspberry color is absolutely stunning!
