
One of the most famous cakes in Sweden and is spotted in almost all bakeries in Sweden.
This classic Swedish princess cake starts with a light sponge cake that I slice it into three even layers.
Then a thin layer of raspberry jam, a thick layer of pastry cream, and a thick layer of unsweetened vanilla whip cream, draped with green Marzipan and pink Marzipan rose on top, and lightly dusted with confectionary sugar.
Let the Swedish Princess cake rest in the fridge before you enjoy it, as a sponge cake is a dry cake. To begin with, it just needs time to soften in the refrigerator with all the fillings. Only then will you experience the deliciousness of a real Swedish Princess cake.
This cake is so delicious and one of my top 5 favorite cakes. I hope you love it too.
