In Scandinavia, we always make our own homemade jam because it’s the easiest thing to do—it takes just five minutes to prepare!
For this recipe, I’m using raspberries, but you can use blackberries, blueberries, or any fruit you like. I personally love using frozen fruit because it’s available all year round and is always picked at peak ripeness, guaranteeing the best flavor.

Since this jam is low in sugar, it won’t last as long as store-bought versions—about a week in the fridge—so be sure to enjoy it while it’s fresh! It’s absolutely my favorite filling for a vanilla sponge cake, but it’s also great for stirring into yogurt or spreading on toast.

So if you’re looking for an easy homemade jam that’s packed with real berry flavor, give this a try—I think you’re going to love it!
