We are here to help you 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Due to the volume of inquiries, please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Before contacting support, kindly check this page to see if your question is already answered.

📱 App – Love, Manuela: The Baking App

1. I purchased the app but it won’t open – what can I do?

This may be caused by lack of storage, VPN connection, or app permissions not being accepted. Please ensure: • You allow the app to download data and images at first launch. • You have a stable internet connection. • Your phone or tablet has enough memory (RAM) to run the app. If the issue continues, send us your device model and, if possible, a screenshot or screen recording so we can assist further.

2. The app stays stuck on the loading screen.

Please try the following: • Close all other apps and restart your device. • Delete and reinstall the app. • Ensure the app has permission to download media files.

3. I accidentally bought the app — how can I get a refund?

All app purchases are handled by Apple or Google directly. Please contact the App Store or Play Store where you purchased the app and request a refund.

5. Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes, as long as you use the same Apple ID or Google account used at purchase.

6. I bought the Android version but need it on iOS (or vice versa).

Unfortunately, purchases do not transfer across platforms (Apple ↔ Google). A separate purchase is required on each store.

📚 E-books

1. I bought an e-book but cannot access it – it says “Access Denied.”

We’ve resent your download email with new links. Please check your inbox (and spam folder). Tip: Download the file to your computer, Mac, or tablet first before transferring to a phone, especially for larger PDFs.

2. I can’t find my e-book download link.

Check your email inbox for your order confirmation. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend the download link.

3. Can I read the e-books on my iPhone or Android phone?

Yes, but we recommend opening the file on a larger screen (iPad, tablet, or computer) for the best reading and baking experience.

4. Can I print the e-books?

Not as a book, but you may print single pages/recipes for personal use only. Redistribution or sharing is not permitted.

🌐 Subscription & Membership (Upcoming Site)

1. What is included in the different membership levels?

We offer three subscription levels: • Basic – Access to a rotating selection of recipes each month. • Standard – Full access to all recipes, baking categories, and discounts. • Premium – Everything in Standard plus VIP content, exclusive seasonal releases, and personal interaction with Manuela.

2. Is there a special discount for app users?

Yes! All existing app customers will receive a 50% lifetime discount if they join within the first 30 days of launch.

3. Will I be able to download or save recipes?

Standard and Premium members can save favorites within their account. Select content may also be available as downloadable PDFs.

4. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account dashboard. But no refund is provided if early cancellation. Subscription will end. by the end of paid subscription period.

5. I only want to buy one recipe or one e-book. Do I need a subscription?

No. You will be able to buy individual e-books or recipe packs without a subscription.
