I can’t even count how many times I’ve made this recipe—it’s just so delicious. The cupcakes are soft, fluffy, light, and moist, with a rich vanilla flavor, delicate chocolate flecks, and a hint of saltiness that makes them absolutely perfect.
These cupcakes are great for Easter, celebrations, or just because, and they’re delicious with or without frosting. You can enjoy them warm, straight from the oven, or top them with your favorite frosting.

I paired mine with my Creamsicle Greek Yogurt Whip, but any frosting would be amazing. If you love the combination of vanilla with delicate specks of chocolate in every bite, you have to try these!
