When it comes to milkshakes, banana has always been my favorite flavor.
There’s just something special about the sweetness of ripe bananas—it takes me right back to an old-fashioned diner, with those big frosted glasses filled with thick, creamy banana milkshake.

I love using natural banana flavor in frostings, cakes, cupcakes, and cheesecakes. It adds that classic, old-school touch—something from before, something real.

And this Banana Milkshake Mascarpone gives you that same delicious, natural banana flavor—just like a banana milkshake.
It all starts with a banana-infused cream, made by heating heavy cream with sea salt and vanilla, then pouring it over very ripe bananas and letting it sit in the fridge overnight.
This step deepens the flavor, making it even more rich and banana-y.
When it’s whipped with mascarpone, it becomes so incredibly smooth and fluffy—almost like banana ice cream. You can use it as a filling inside cakes, pipe it onto cupcakes.
You are going to love it!
