I love Bounty bars, and if you don’t know what Bounty is—it’s a coconut candy bar coated in chocolate. You can find it in most supermarkets in Scandinavia, usually covered in either milk or dark chocolate, and honestly, it’s one of my all-time favorites.

But making a homemade version is not only super easy—it’s also incredibly delicious. With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up your own Bounty-style candy bars at home.

They’re kind of like Almond Joy bars, which have an almond pressed into the top, and the flavor is pretty similar. But trust me—homemade tastes way better.

These are made with unsweetened desiccated coconut, a hint of sea salt, and vanilla bean paste. Once they’re chilled and firm, you dip them in high-quality melted chocolate, and that’s it. Pure coconut-chocolate bliss!

I love making these around the holiday season because in our house, we’re all about anything with coconut and chocolate. And if you love that combo too—go make them!
And if you’re in the mood for something more like an Almond Joy, just press a toasted almond on top before dipping.
Hope you love it!
