Now, here’s a little fun fact: I’ve never had a glass of champagne in my life, and I don’t plan to start! But after so many of you requested a champagne ganache, I had to try it.



And let me tell you—I was pleasantly surprised! The champagne adds a delicious depth of flavor, and when paired with juicy strawberries inside this cake, it’s simply irresistible.
