These chocolate kisses are incredibly delicious—pure yumminess in every bite. It starts with a delicious chocolate cupcake, rich and tender.

On top, I swirl a delicious, gooey, homemade marshmallow fluff—both stable and airy, yet soft enough to melt slowly in your mouth, just like a perfectly toasted marshmallow.
Piped high into a beautiful swirl, almost like a classic soft-serve ice cream cone from an old-school diner, the marshmallow sets for about 60 minutes to firm up just right.

Then, for an extra layer of yumminess, I fill the center with a delicious salted caramel sauce—a sweet and salty surprise that takes it to the next level.

And finally, the best part—a dip into melted dark chocolate, creating a crisp, crackly shell around that soft, marshmallowy swirl.

It’s chocolatey, nostalgic, and downright irresistible—the kind of treat that makes you feel like a kid again, sitting in a booth at your favorite diner, about to take that first perfect bite. One taste, and you’ll be hooked.
