
If you love chocolate, you’re going to be obsessed with these double chocolate cupcakes. They are so soft, packed with a ton of rich chocolate flavor, and honestly just irresistible.

They’re made with either sour cream or plain yogurt for that extra tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture. And on top of being an already amazing chocolate cupcake, they also have finely grated dark chocolate folded into the batter for even more depth.

To make them extra special, I finish them with my silky pourable ganache on top. It’s absolutely the most delicious — glossy, smooth, and just melts right into the soft crumb.
