If You’ve Never Had Kransekage Cookies Before, You’re Missing Out
These are truly some of the most delicious cookies I’ve ever made—and easily one of my all-time favorites. They’re soft, chewy, gooey, naturally gluten-free, and best of all… they’re super simple to make.

The base is made with almond flour, egg whites, and sugar, plus a touch of glucose for extra chew, vanilla for that warm, nostalgic flavor, and just a pinch of sea salt to take the taste to the next level.

These cookies are naturally gluten-free and totally irresistible. You can leave them plain (they’re that good), or dress them up—add a swirl of buttercream, pipe a bit of marshmallow fluff on top, or dip the edges in dark chocolate. They’re lovely no matter how you serve them.
They also freeze beautifully, so you can make a batch ahead of time and enjoy them for weeks. If you’re looking for a cookie that’s rich, chewy, and perfect with a cup of coffee or tea—go make these. You’re going to love them. I promise.
