
I don’t know about you, but I love my morning latte. So of course I had to create a Latte Ganache, and let me tell you, this one is so dreamy.
It slowly melts in your mouth and spreads effortlessly over cakes. The combo of white chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and cream is just magic. It whips up in 30 to 90 seconds into the fluffiest, most delicious latte cloud you’ve ever tasted.
If you’re a coffee lover like me, you’re going to be obsessed.
You can pipe it onto cupcakes, layer it into brownies, or, like I do here, spread it over my tender vanilla bean sheet cake.

It even freezes well! And honestly, it’s so good you can eat it straight by the spoonful (no judgment). You can even stir a little into your coffee or hot cocoa for an extra cozy treat.

What can I say? I’m obsessed. And I really hope you love it as much as I do.
