And then, the real showstopper—a thick, fluffy marshmallow fluff that’s almost a cross between marshmallow frosting and homemade marshmallows. It’s pillowy, rich, and slowly melts in your mouth.

To finish it off, the marshmallow is toasted to golden perfection, giving it that old-fashioned diner feel—like a slice of lemon meringue pie, but in cake form.
