This is one of my absolute favorite chocolate sheet cakes. Normally, I would just drizzle it with a glossy chocolate icing and call it a day—it’s so delicious on its own. But this time, I decided to take it a step further and pair it with a creamy latte ganache, and honestly, it’s such a wonderful combination.

You can go the easy route: once the cake has cooled, simply spread the delicious latte ganache right on top and drizzle it with the slightly cooled glossy chocolate icing. It’s simple, super tasty, and perfect for any occasion.
Or, if you’re in the mood to elevate it a bit, you can do as I did—use a small cookie cutter to cut out individual rounds, fill them with that dreamy latte ganache, and finish with the icing on top. Either way you go, it’s hard to go wrong. And let’s be honest, I never say no to two cake layers!

If you love the cozy combo of coffee and chocolate, this cake is going to be right up your alley.
