If you’re a fan of vanilla cupcakes and you’re looking for a recipe that’s easy to follow but still produces tender, delightful, and delicious cupcakes, this one’s for you.
Originally made in Norway, this special recipe of mine caught the attention of a local company eager to sell it in supermarkets.
As a result, the “Love Manuela” cupcake mix became a favorite in many homes, bringing me unexpected joy and surprise.

Sharing this original recipe with you is like sharing a piece of my baking journey.
The recipe has one small change from the store version: swapping vanilla powder for the richer vanilla bean paste I prefer in my home kitchen.

But at its core, it’s 100% the same recipe that, surprisingly, became quite popular.
I’m just thrilled if it adds a little sweetness to your day, just as it did back in Norway with the “Love, Manuela Vanilla Cupcake.
