Peaches and Cream Cake

This Peaches and Cream Cake is absolutely delicious. It starts with three layers of soft and fluffy sponge cake

filled with lightly salted vanilla whipped cream that has just the right touch of vanilla. Inside, there are plenty of sweet, juicy peach slices—either fresh, if they’re in season, or canned if needed—along with soft mini marshmallows.

When the marshmallows mix with the cream, they become slightly soft, blending beautifully into the filling and adding just the right amount of sweetness and texture. The combination is simply irresistible.

This cake is the perfect treat for summertime, especially when you can get your hands on perfectly ripe, in-season peaches. Their natural sweetness makes the filling extra fresh and delicious. To top it all off, the cake is covered in the most beautiful pink raspberry whipped cream. It’s light, fresh, and comes together in just minutes.
