If you love sorbet, you’re gonna love this Raspberry Sorbet.
It’s super fast and easy to make—literally ready in minutes—with just three ingredients: frozen raspberries, lemon juice, and sweetened condensed milk.

Once blended, it has a smooth, thick, and creamy consistency that’s so good you can eat it right away. But if you pop it in the freezer for a few hours, it becomes beautifully scoopable. It’s the perfect treat, especially as the weather warms up!
I also love using fun molds—they make it even more adorable to serve! And for a smoother texture, I like to remove the seeds by letting the mixture soften a bit at room temperature and then pressing it through a fine sieve. After that, I pour it into a spouted cup and fill the molds—super easy and mess-free.
If you’re a raspberry fan, you have to make this. Keep it in your freezer and enjoy a little sweet, fruity cool-down anytime the sun’s out (or honestly, anytime you just need a little raspberry magic).
