
If you’re a blueberry lover, this one’s for you.
This soft blueberry cake is pure comfort in every bite—and hands down one of my all-time favorites.

It starts with four layers of light, fluffy vanilla cake, each one lightly drizzled with fresh lemon juice to brighten things up. Between those layers is the most luscious Greek yogurt whip, blended with juicy wild blueberries (they pack so much flavor!).
And because more is more, there’s also a layer of tangy lemon curd and even more yogurt whip tucked inside.
After chilling overnight in the fridge, the whole cake gets covered in a dreamy cloud of angel feather icing.
It’s soft, fruity, lemony, and just straight-up delicious.
The flavors are balanced. It’s light, it’s refreshing, and it’s perfect for a hot summer day—or really any day you need a little brightness. Blueberries are always a good idea.
