
Strawberry & Cream Ice Cream Cake with Sea Salt Triple Vanilla
It’s the season for ice cream, and if you love ice cream, you’re going to love this one. This Strawberry & Cream Ice Cream Cake is so delicious. The base is my Sea Salt Triple Vanilla Ice Cream—it’s creamy, dreamy, and full of real vanilla flavor. Honestly, it’s amazing on its own.

To finish it, I piped beautiful swirls of Strawberry and Cream Ganache on top. The flavor is soft and balanced—it tastes just like real strawberries and cream. Not too fruity, not too sweet—just that perfect creamy strawberry flavor that melts beautifully into the vanilla ice cream. And it freezes so well, which makes it easy to prepare ahead of time.

I used a square silicone mold, which gives the cake a clean, modern shape—kind of like a blank canvas you can decorate however you like. I went with playful swirls and a few sprinkles, but you can customize it for any occasion.
