Vanilla Bean Fudge (Licorice)

Makes: 25 to 30 pieces

If you’re looking for a delicious vanilla bean fudge, this is the recipe. It has that melt-in-your-mouth texture, with the most beautiful vanilla bean specks in every single bite. It’s simply delicious—and absolutely perfect for the holiday season.

Now, if you’re from Scandinavia like me, you probably adore licorice. So I’ve also included a recipe for Salt Licorice Fudge. It has that same smooth, creamy texture, but with a bold, salty licorice flavor instead of vanilla. Both versions are total holiday favorites in my kitchen.

This is one of those treats I make every Christmas. I don’t make it year-round because, honestly, it’s just too good—I wouldn’t be able to stop!

Make sure to use high-quality white chocolate for the best texture and flavor. And don’t skip the vanilla—it’s the star of the show when it comes to this fudge.

I hope you love it as much as I do.
