Vanilla Bean White Cake – Soft, Fluffy & Absolutely Dreamy

This cake is soft, fluffy, and incredibly light—the kind of cake that’s so tender it’s just perfect served at room temperature for the most melt-in-your-mouth experience.

Now, let’s talk about the filling! You can keep it simple with Marshmallow Fluff, which is my absolute favorite.



It has a dreamy, cloud-like texture, almost like a mix between marshmallows and marshmallow frosting. It’s so light and airy, melting slowly on your tongue, making it the perfect match for this cake.

For a fun twist, I also made striped layers of both Marshmallow Fluff and Raspberry Marshmallow Frosting. This was inspired by those classic, fluffy vanilla marshmallow twists—you know the ones! The ones that are soft, light, and slightly chewy, with a subtle vanilla flavor and that signature swirl pattern. That’s exactly the look and feel I wanted to recreate!

The raspberry frosting not only gives the cake a beautiful natural pink hue, but it also adds a delicious fruity contrast to the sweet, pillowy marshmallow. It’s so cute, fun, and nostalgic—just like those marshmallow twists but in cake form!



Whether you go for the classic Marshmallow Fluff filling or the striped marshmallow effect, this cake is pure joy in every bite!
